We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for an international industrial company that develops solutions for sustainable water management. Here you have the opportunity to combine technology, project management, and social benefit in a business that contributes to increased access to clean water worldwide. You will become part of a technology-oriented team and work closely with designers, production engineers, assembly, and other internal functions. With support from experienced colleagues, you will gradually grow into the role and take on greater responsibility over time.

A large part of the work involves planning, coordination, and follow-up related to product development and industrialization. You will, among other things, plan manufacturing reviews, coordinate activities between different functions, and document and follow up on projects to ensure that schedules, quality, and goals are met. The role also includes some economic follow-up and costing work as a natural part of the project work.

In the long run, you will have the opportunity to take greater project responsibility and drive more complex initiatives through the entire process, making the role an exciting opportunity for you who want to develop long-term within project management in a technical environment.

• Have a university or civil engineering degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, electronics, or another relevant technical field
• Have a genuine technical interest and a desire to understand how products and manufacturing processes work
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Speak both Swedish and English fluently, as both languages are used internally as well as externally.

It is not necessary, but meritorious if you:

• Have experience of project management through studies, work, or association involvement
• Have experience from manufacturing industry
• Have experience of costing or economic follow-up

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site. The ambition from the client and our side is that you will become directly employed by the client.
